yeah!! we finally made it!!! ((((:
GOLD :D
i am feeling an undescribable happiness in me now :DDD
just returned from lunch with gz members! yay(:
(super long post ahead!)

reached school at 5.50am and saw many people waiting in the school
hahas. then waited for ms ang to reach then went wow room.
went through the songs twice. i think we did great in the early morning!
went to IT room to have our make-ups done and hair buned up(:
arnd 8.15am went onto the bus and off we go to SCH. :D
the temperature in the bus was superly cold..
plus it was raining cats and dos outside+ i was feeling rather nervous!
hahas. i was so glad when the bus reached. (:
reached there, waited for a while and it was almost time to go up on stage after tcher helped us tune the guzhengs:D
ours was right after the interval, so we had the chance to put down our guzhengs first then wait for it to start at the backstage.
weell. we reminded everyone to play loudly, remember this and thats, tcher last minute changed smth,isabella prayed for us, etccc...
and yvonne cried a bit. which made me feel so sad too):
cos today will be the last performance we have together))):

finally it was our turn!!! (:
told myself to stay calm :D
then yihuan didnt have chair!but she handled it soooo calmly. i am sooo proud of her la~~~ :DD
played both our pieces. it was just like 8mins.
and yet, we practised for 2 years.
i really could understand the saying of "台上一分钟，台下十年功"
when we went off the stage, i really couldnt believe we had played finish the 2 songs!
mrs tan, mdm lee, mr ang....came to see us!
and some of the seniors cried. and i was influenced by it although i tried to control. ):
we knew we still had rooms for improvements.
took group photos with tchers and stuffs and thn we went back into the hall to watch the remaining 2 schools before the results are out.

the results took a loooonnnngg time. ):
and it was mr ng chenyee who announced the results!! hahas. :D
was veryvery nervous before he read our school as the first 2 schools got bronze and i had thought that the judges based on a very high criteria.
then! when he read our school's name, he smiled then said "gold!"
wow. we erupted with cheers and claps and at the same time i was crying badly.
yep. tears of joys i guess. finally all our hardwork for the past few months have paid off!!!
it was truely memorable as i could see many of us teared.
mr ng came to congratulate us after the announcement of the results was over. (:
yeah. soooooo happy!!! :DDD
after that, when we leaving, saw lin lao shi and shouted "林老师！谢谢你!" from the second floor down to the first floor where she was.
i guess she was pretty shocked and surprised and happy for us! (:
she put in much hope in us and all the efforts she paid during this period, relentlessly coaching us, with much scoldings, but nonetheless, she believed that we could attain that gold.
and i am glad, she believed in us and pushed us hard to reach that minimum standard. (:
now. then i realised how important is it to move with the music. :D

and today, marks the last performance with the seniors.
hais. i am having that unbearable thought of leaving them.
although we will get scolded, but we still remain fun and loving as always. (:
after today, we may not be able to practise together as often.
the days without you all guiding us through, us being reliant on you all, etc.
un-imaginable.): hais. i just couldnt bear to think more about it.
but! we still have the miyazaki exchange programme to perform for the japanese!
we will still come together and work hard to prove to people right?:D
we will continue to work hard!

how i wish everything can start over again
the feeling of nervousness, sadness, excitement, worriedness, etcc.
i guess this day will go into history.
but! PHS guzheng ensemble 2007 will never go into history! (:
24 april 2007. this is the day when we experience all kinds of things together. :D
nothing and no one can put us down again!
we are who we are and we hold up for what we believe we can do!(:

we have come thus far to achieve all our common goals and today. we finally did it.
seniors thanks for the short talks to spur us on!
and to the teachers who have relentlessly contributed their time to what all of us believe in.
the faith. the trust. everything you al have entrusted to us.
it truely boost us to work BEYOND our limits!

the practices we had everyday, running up and down, looking for vacant rooms, being chased out, etc. i guess all these made us even more determined to show that we are not to be looked down on!
